What types of vehicle security products do you offer?
We offer a range of solutions including vehicle alarms, immobilisers, speed modules, wired and wireless sensors, alcohol interlocks, and OEM-specific security and convenience products.
Do Autowatch alarms work on all vehicles?
Most of our systems are compatible with a wide range of vehicles. However, some products are tailored for specific makes and models. Our fitment partners can confirm compatibility for your vehicle.
Are your products compliant with international automotive standards?
Yes. Our designs are tested against global standards such as ISO 7637-2 and ISO 16750-2 to ensure safety, reliability, and performance.
How do I know which model alarm system I have?
Using our online form you can send the number located behind your transmitter.
Installation & Fitment
Where can I have an Autowatch product installed?
We work with a nationwide network of approved fitment centres. You can find your nearest installer on our website’s Fitment Centre Locator.
Can I install the system myself?
For safety, warranty, and insurance purposes, we recommend installation only by an Autowatch-approved fitment centre.
How long does installation take?
Depending on the product and your vehicle, installation usually takes between 1–3 hours.
Can I customize features on my Autowatch alarm?
It is possible to customize features on certain Autowatch alarm systems. For further assistance, please contact your nearest authorized installation center.

How do I access a fitment diagram for Autowatch alarms?

Support & Warranty
What warranty do Autowatch products carry?
Most Autowatch products carry a 2-year limited warranty from the date of installation when fitted by an approved installer, please refer to Autowatch standard Ts and Cs.
What should I do if my system is not working properly?
Contact your original fitment centre or our customer support team. We can assist with troubleshooting or arrange for a certified technician to inspect your system.
How can I get a replacement remote or key fob?
Visit your nearest Autowatch-approved fitment centre with your vehicle and proof of ownership to have a new remote programmed.

Will installing an Autowatch product lower my insurance premium?
Many insurance companies recognise our products as compliant security systems. Please check with your insurer to see if they offer discounts.
Are Autowatch systems approved by South African insurers?
